At Kubala, we offer a double lifetime warranty on our products—covering you
for as long as you own your home, plus the next owner after you.
Here are a few quick tips on how to care for and maintain your windows and
doors. If you’re still experiencing issues after following these steps, please
complete the form below.

Before You Upload Photos
To help us identify and solve your issue quickly, please upload:

1. A Photo of the Problem

2. A photo of the manufacturer label (location varies by product):

- Windows: On the side of the sash (tilt it in) or at the top of the frame (when sash is pulled down).

- Patio Doors: Indicate if the panel is operating or stationary. Include a photo of the glass etching if possible.

- Entry & Storm Doors: Label is on the back hinge side of the slab.
